Job Description
- Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate efficient claims handling.
- Analysing claims data to identify trends, mitigate risk, and support strategic improvements.
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients, insurers, and brokers.
- Attending client sites when necessary to investigate claims and support swift settlements.
- Negotiating with insurers to secure favourable outcomes in line with policy terms.
Your Experience:
- Solid experience in handling commercial insurance claims, ideally within a brokerage environment.
- Strong knowledge of insurance principles, policy coverage, and claims procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) required; A-levels and/or CII/CILA qualifications desirable.
