Bid Manager - SC Cleared (preferred) Location: Hanslope/London Salary: £38,000-43,000 12 month FTC/3 days on site - to be based in Hanslope but can do up to 2 of the 3 on site days in London if preferred. We are working with a highly established organisation that is looking for a Bid Manager to join its commercial team. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing bids and proposals from initial customer requirements through to final submission. You'll work closely with commercial, technical, operational and subject matter experts to bring everything together into a clear, compelling and commercially robust proposal. The Role You will take ownership of assigned bids, ensuring customer requirements are understood, deadlines are met and the final proposal is accurate, competitive and commercially sound. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the end-to-end bid and tender process from initial requirements through to submission. Working directly with customers to understand their requirements and decision-making criteria. Coordinating input from technical, operational, commercial and subject matter experts.
