Accounts Assistant // Perm £37,000 per annum// St Leonards On Sea As an Assistant Accountant, you will work closely with the Senior Accountant to manage billing, credit control, and financial reporting. You will play a vital role in maintaining the school\’s financial health while collaborating with various teams to improve processes and innovate solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Lead credit control activities, including reporting and action planning. Process bank transactions, monthly reconciliations, and month-end procedures. Support audit preparations and liaise with stakeholders to resolve queries. Collaborate on financial system improvements and assist in bookkeeping tasks. Provide guidance to the Finance Assistant and handle administrative duties. What Were Looking For Minimum Level 3 AAT qualification (or working towards an accountancy qualification). 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
