We’re hiring an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to focus exclusively on the data centre and digital infrastructure market—one of the fastest-growing sectors in Europe. This role is designed for consultants who want to spend their time advising, billing, and building relationships, not firefighting systems.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a specialist data centre desk (engineering, construction, operations, or commercial roles)
- Partner with hyperscalers, operators, consultancies, and supply‑chain vendors
- Deliver full‑cycle recruitment with technology‑led support handling admin and workflow
- Act as a market advisor in a highly technical, talent‑short environment
- Build long‑term client relationships in a sector with repeat hiring and long pipelines
The Tech Advantage (Why This Role Is Different)
- We’ve invested heavily in technology so you can focus on what you do best: AI‑assisted sourcing and shortlisting to cut search time
- Automated CRM, compliance, and interview scheduling
- Data‑led market mapping and client intelligence
- Marketing and employer branding support built into your desk
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience as a 360 recruitment consultant
- Exposure to data centres, construction, engineering, energy, or infrastructure (preferred, not essential)
- Proven billing or strong, consistent performance
- Comfortable engaging with senior technical and commercial stakeholders
- Commercial, consultative mindset with ambition to scale earnings
What You’ll Get
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- Clear progression to Senior / Principal / Practice Lead
- Warm client relationships and live roles from day one
- A platform built for growth—not micromanagement
The Opportunity
The data centre market is booming. Talent is scarce. Clients need advisors—not CV senders. This is your chance to own a high‑value market with the tools, support, and freedom to outperform.
