We're looking for a Recruitment Operations Associate to support both candidate delivery and client-facing commercial activity, including lead generation and customer engagement across the business. Working closely with consultants, you'll help strengthen outreach, engagement, and operational workflows to deliver efficient, data-driven recruitment and business development activity. This is a hands-on role combining operations, research and insight, delivery support, and commercial support. You'll gain exposure to market mapping, engagement strategies, recruitment technology, and structured workflows while developing strong operational and business skills. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with data and technology, has strong attention to detail, and is naturally proactive in managing tasks, research, and follow-up activity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and scheduling candidate and client outreach campaigns
- Supporting the creation of nurture sequences for candidates and customers
- Mapping specialist markets to identify talent pools and commercial opportunities
- Generating candidate shortlists and lead lists for consultants
- Supporting business development activity through research, data gathering, and insight generation
- Assisting with customer engagement activity, including NPS surveys and feedback campaigns
- Managing data, tags, workflows, and CRM organisation
- Tracking follow-ups and ensuring key actions are completed on time
- Reporting on campaign activity, pipeline development, and engagement
- Working closely with consultants to support live roles and identify new opportunities
- Helping improve processes and maintain accurate, up-to-date systems
