In this role, you will

• Map and research high-quality talent across UK & European Mission Critical sectors, focusing on specialist skill sets and key talent locations
• Identify and engage passive and active candidates
• Build long‑term relationships with specialist construction and engineering professionals
• Screen and qualify candidates through structured conversations
• Manage interview processes and candidate experience through to offer stage
• Support live vacancies and project‑driven hiring needs
• Continuously develop your understanding of the Mission Critical market, project cycles, and specialist skill sets
