An exceptional opportunity for a graduate to launch their finance career with a leading global reinsurance group. This role combines both reporting and FP&A and offers comprehensive exposure to Lloyd's regulatory reporting, financial accounting, and business partnering with a clear path to professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial reports for Lloyd's regulatory submissions, solvency reporting, and statutory financial statements
- Support monthly/quarterly close processes and ensure accuracy of transactions
- Assist with regional results analysis for management and board reporting
- Support annual budgeting process and business partnering activities
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Contribute to financial systems enhancement and project work
Requirements:
- A strong academic background with a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or numerical related field
- Desire to complete professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
- Excellent numerical skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills and technical problem-solving abilities
- Confident communicator with team-oriented mindset
- Any experience within the insurance industry preferred
