The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
A fantastic opportunity to join a well established company in the London insurance market in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a credit control role either in the Insurance or Financial Services sector. In this role you will be liaising with Underwriters, Claims Handlers, and Members/Brokers; therefore, excellent communication skills will be required.
- Working closely with the Underwriting teams to resolve unpaid premiums from the Members.
- Clearing the cash receipts on the accounting system.
- Investigating received remittances from Members/Brokers in order to identify relevant correct premiums to apply with the payment.
- Dealing with internal/external queries in a timely manner.
- Providing regular updates to the Operations Manager surrounding the designated portfolio of accounts being managed.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills. Problem solving skills. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
