About the Role
Exceptional opportunity to step up into a senior finance role with a growing London Market insurer. Work directly with the Finance Director and engage with C-suite stakeholders across the group, driving financial planning, modelling, and strategic analysis. This role offers genuine exposure to senior decision-making, board-level reporting, and the opportunity to shape financial strategy across a dynamic, multi-entity business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models supporting rolling forecasts, board reporting, and capital management
- Represent Finance in senior management forums and contribute to strategic business goals
- Prepare executive reporting packs, KPI dashboards, and board presentations for Group and subsidiary boards
- Lead staff cost budgeting, forecasting, and remuneration cycle modelling including scenario analysis
- Produce headcount reporting for senior leadership and Remuneration Committee
- Review management accounts, variance analysis, and provide commentary for Executive Committee
- Support capital modelling and financial management of underwriting vehicles
- Drive optimization of data flows and technology-enabled finance workflows
