An excellent opportunity for a Bordereaux Analyst to join a leading London market insurer on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
Responsibilities will include:
- Submitting relevant Bordereaux to the Binder Bordereaux System for processing data, creating risk and premium mapping templates for new binders/sections, and amending existing templates when needed.
- Binder data entry into the Business' systems (Risk, Premium and Claims).
- Resolving validation errors on binder data and escalating issues to Underwriters, Coverholders or the Delegated Underwriting Team when required.
- Working towards improving binder data quality over time through discussions with brokers, underwriters and claims bordereaux account managers.
- Continually reviewing and looking to deliver efficiencies and streamlining processes.
Experience and skills required:
- Mapping and processing of Risk and Premium Bordereaux to a Bordereaux Management System.
- Knowledge of Risk, Premium and Claims Bordereaux and Lloyd's V5.2 standards.
- Understanding of Delegated Authority.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of the London Insurance Market.
- Good communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
