A leading specialty insurance group is seeking a qualified accountant to join its Finance team in a process improvement and transformation-focused role.
This role is all about reviewing, optimising and modernising financial reporting processes — driving automation, standardisation and best practice across Lloyd’s returns and statutory reporting, while ensuring strong controls and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities- Review and assess Lloyd’s and statutory reporting processes to identify potential improvement opportunities
- Reduce manual effort and improve data integrity through automation
- Implement standardised templates and streamlined workflows ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s, PRA and Solvency II requirements
- Strengthen documentation, controls and audit readiness
- Establish KPIs and promote continuous improvement across reporting teams
- Strong Lloyd’s accounting and reporting knowledge
- Proven experience in finance transformation or process improvement
- Advanced Excel and familiarity with reporting / automation tools
