Suited to newly qualified ACAs (up to 2 years post-qualified) from an accountancy practice with insurance industry experience, this role offers accelerated development and genuine influence in a high-growth business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and support statutory reporting.
  • Own accounts payable operations, expense management, and supplier relationships.
  • Monitor cash positions across multi-currency accounts and manage treasury infrastructure.
  • Produce aged debtor reporting and support credit control processes.
  • Assist with annual budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards for underwriting profitability.
  • Support underwriting teams with financial analysis and delegated authority reporting.
