As a care Support Worker, you will be working for a truly amazing charity who support autistic young people and their families. You will help transform their lives by not only caring for and supporting them day to day but helping them to learn and develop life skills and improve their quality of life. You will gain a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, you will also gain Autism Practitioner certification – all paid for by the charity. This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity as a support worker which gives immense satisfaction, knowing you will contribute to the development and care of autistic young people especially when you see the joy and sense of achievement it brings to them and their families.
