A leading provider of retail lottery and gaming products is looking for a Marketing Executive for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave. The role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and involves planning and implementing promotional campaigns across the business, working closely with the Retail team to target the desired audience.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Management to deliver marketing and promotional plans.
- Collaborate with the Designer to oversee production and delivery of marketing and advertising materials across print and digital.
- Liaise with the Compliance Manager to ensure marketing material meets regulatory compliance.
- Assist with briefing and sign‑off of trade POS and promotions.
- Manage the “Good Cause” PR plan.
- Manage the “Winners” PR plan.
- Assist in the management of top prize winners.
- Work with the PR company to ensure a constant flow of press releases and coverage.
- Collaborate with Media for Equity clients and Reach Plc on advertising campaigns from concept to production.
- Handle ad‑hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
- Ideally you have a broad range of marketing experience and are comfortable working independently within a small team or solo as the sole marketing executive.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage your time effectively, and execute marketing plans covering both print and digital media is required.
- Experience working with in‑house and external resources to design and release campaigns and PR press releases is also essential.
- Start date in December is preferred, but flexibility is possible to accommodate notice periods.
