We are looking for enthusiastic Weddings/ Events coordinator to start work as part of Blithfield Lakeside Barnes' expanding friendly team on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities:
- Planning & Logistics: Define event scope, goals, and logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation.
- Vendor Management: Research, select, and negotiate contracts with vendors (caterers, decorators, AV technicians).
- Budgeting: Prepare, monitor, and adhere to event budgets, including processing invoices and payments.
- On-Site Coordination: Oversee on-site setup, execution, and breakdown of events, acting as the main point of contact.
- Communication: Coordinate with clients, staff, and speakers to ensure all requirements are met.
- Administration: Manage registration lists, create event materials (badges, agendas), and provide post-event evaluations.
