The Legal Team is split between our London and New York offices and is responsible for managing legal risk across the Insight enterprise. Depending on the jurisdiction, specific responsibilities include negotiating bespoke investment management agreements, trading documentation, and managing collective investment schemes like UCITs, AIFs, and US funds. The team also advises on private credit transactions, derivatives regulation, securitisation, company law, and works with external counsel as needed.
Reporting to the Managing Lawyer, the Senior Lawyer will support Insight Investment’s global investment management business, including Client Solutions, Distribution, Marketing, Vendor Management, IT, and the Corporate and Information Risk teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and negotiating investment and commercial agreements
- Liaising with external counsel
