About Insight Investment
Insight Investment is a leading global investment manager, founded in 2002. We manage Β£619bn1 for a wide range of investors, including pension schemes, seeking to help them achieve their goals with greater certainty. We do this through liability-driven investment, fixed income, currency and multi-asset strategies.
Insight\βs mission is to offer investors a different approach to achieving their investment goals; one that prioritises the certainty of meeting their chosen objectives in contrast to the traditional focus on maximising return and minimising volatility. We tailor portfolios directly to clients\β desired outcome rather than investing in generic products that benefit the manager more than the investor, further enhancing the chances of success.
Insight is owned by The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (BNY) and has investment decision-making autonomy, operating with an independent management structure and boards with a global network of operations in the UK, Ireland, Germany, US, Japan, and Australia.
Our business employs over 1,120 people including 280 investment professionals.2 As part of BNY Investment\βs multi-boutique structure, Insight has the backing of a global financial institution for which asset management is a core strategic priority. More information about Insight Investment can be found at: to expect from the graduate programme.
There is plenty of scope for individuals to make a real difference at Insight. Our early careers programme seeks self-motivated, highly capable individuals who strive to do their best and take responsibility for their own performance. Collaboration and team working skills are essential.
This rotational programme operates globally and gives experience across multiple divisions. It can be spread over one or two years. Each graduate has a dedicated mentor and is paired with a buddy from the previous cohort.
Please note, we can only accept one application per candidate.
