As an Deliver Lead/AI project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of AI projects within our digital banking operations.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience delivering ML or data-driven software projects in industry, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • 8+ years’ experience managing end-to-end engineering projects; experience specifically with LLMs or NLP projects is a strong plus.
  • Previous experience in project management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking operations and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
