Role : Pega Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the overall engagement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end delivery of at least 3-4 applications, good client communication skills, stakeholder management ability.
- Have good technical knowledge in Pega / Pega Cloud and cloud migration projects with the ability to take Architectural decisions and solutioning. Additionally, domain experience in BFS is good to have. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving techno-functional excellence and ensuring successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing the overall project delivery and ensure delivery schedule is adhered
- Prepare delivery schedule, effort and cost based on the client requirements and provide walkthrough of client on the same
- Project Manager will be liable to achieve client sign-off on schedule, effort and cost presented
- Providing weekly status reports to stakeholders
- Ensuring that the project is timely by setting time marks
- Facilitates daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
- Tracks and manages product backlog, burn-down metrics, velocity, and task break-down
- Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint
- Should be able to challenge/address architectural solutions and do hands on discussion with the team members to deliver technical requirement in Pega.
