Principal-level Technical Lead to own and drive the entire mainframe-to-AWS replatform delivery using Rocket Software Enterprise Server. This person will lead the technical strategy across all workstreams — COBOL compilation, DB2 migration, shared services (MQ, Control-M, CDC), DevOps pipelines, security (LDAP/RACF migration), and infrastructure.

Required technical skills:

  • Rocket software Enterprise Server (Microfocus) Administrator (strong — ES, EA, ED)
  • COBOL replatform / mainframe modernization
  • Experience with DB2 (z/OS and LUW), data migration, Precisely CDC
  • AWS proficient resource with AWS solution Architect associate certification at least
  • IBM MQ or Amazon MQ, job scheduling (Control-M)
  • Security: RACF-to-LDAP migration, KMS, Security Hub
  • Architecture leadership across multi-partner programs
