Technical Leadership
- Lead end-to-end technical design and architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Power Platform).
- Define technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
- Own solution architecture including integrations, data models, security, and performance.
Development & Delivery
- Design and develop custom Dynamics solutions using: Plugins, workflows, custom actions, Power Apps.
- Implement complex integrations using Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management).
- Ensure high-quality code, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and confidence to clients and internal stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Lead and mentor Dynamics developers and technical consultants.
- Review code, enforce quality standards, and support technical upskilling.
Governance & Assurance
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security, and compliance standards.
- Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- Core Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Solid expertise in: C#, .NET, Plugins, workflows, custom APIs, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus).
- Experience designing enterprise-grade, scalable Dynamics architectures.
- Integration experience with ERP systems, third-party applications, and legacy platforms.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and security models.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
- Familiarity with automated testing.
- Strong understanding of performance tuning and security best practices.
