- Variables and variable sets

Experience designing and implementing integrations using ServiceNow native capabilities, including:
- Integration Hub
- REST and SOAP integrations
- OAuth authentication
- Integrations with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft services
Experience configuring and extending ServiceNow user interfaces, including:
- Service Portal configuration and customization
- Widget configuration and portal layout development or domain-separated deployments
