Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Gathering and aligning customer requirements while considering the overall product vision
- Creating and coordinating project and release plans, including alignment of scope and timelines, in close collaboration with agile development teams and customers
- Supporting the sales team in proposal preparation by providing technical clarifications
- Clarifying questions from the development team with customers and resolving any scope claims together with the sales team
- Supporting the development team in project planning and execution through:
- Creation and tracking of project plans
- Creation and tracking of action lists, both internally and customer-facing
- Coordinating the creation and review of specifications
- Coordinating the creation and review of test specifications
- Monitoring critical testing phases
- Steering software development in coordination with the Product Owner
- Managing defect and change requests from the customer’s perspective
- Supporting and coordinating customer-led User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
- Moderating coordination and alignment meetings with customers
Requirements:
- Technical education (Bachelor’s degree, University of Applied Sciences, or Technical University)
- Relevant SDM experience in technical project management and customer communication (5+ years)
- Experience in Scrum Master role
- Strong communication skills, a hands-on mindset, and a well-structured, organized working style
- Reliable and detail-oriented approach to work
- Practical experience in various roles within the software development lifecycle is an advantage
- Enjoyment of working in an agile, continuously evolving environment
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Excellent English language skills
- Willingness to travel
