Talent Acquisition

Insight Global\’s client, a leader in the cybersecurity industry, is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join their Talent Acquisition team on a 6 month contract. You will work closely with hiring managers and be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and background checks of candidates across markets and skillsets, building positive relationships with stakeholders throughout. This is a great opportunity to play a part in shaping the future of cybersecurity and to join a highly motivated team.

Role Requirements:

• Professionally fluent in French.
• Experience with sourcing/recruitment for an enterprise software vendor for an agency or as part of a Talent Acquisition team.
• Experience sourcing skillsets such as Sales & Pre-Sales, Tech Support Engineers, Customer Success Managers, etc.
• An agile mentality which allows you to source across different roles simultaneously, constantly adjusting the search to find the strongest talent.
