  • Partner closely with implementation partners and internal stakeholders throughout delivery and operationalisation phases
  • Contribute within Agile delivery environments and support ongoing platform evolution

Must-Have Requirements Include:

  • Experience within software engineering, data engineering, data architecture, or a related technical discipline
  • Proven experience operating as a senior engineer, technical lead, or principal individual contributor responsible for critical platforms or enterprise capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) such as Oracle Unity CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium, or similar
  • Strong expertise in Customer 360 architecture and customer data modelling
  • Experience designing, building, and supporting scalable data pipelines and ETL processes

  • Experience integrating platforms across broader enterprise ecosystems, including data lakes, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics solutions
  • Experience working with modern cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, Snowflake, or Databricks
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, security standards, and privacy regulations including GDPR

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines.
