A client of Insight Global is seeking a Social Media Technology Coordinator/Admin to join their team. The role requires strong service orientation, patience, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently while communicating technical information clearly to non-experts. It’s essential to deliver work accurately and on time, adapt to the complexities of a large corporate client, and handle multiple stakeholders. The expected workload averages around 25 hours per week in 2025, with potential for increased hours in 2026, and flexibility within Central European Time working hours is necessary for key meetings.
Responsibilities
- Microsoft List Administration: Administration of an internally built tool based on Microsoft List, incl. manage access, edit/add tags, troubleshoot, respond to e-mails via the dedicated support inbox, etc.
- Microsoft Power Automate Administration: Setup of new automation flows, manage existing automation flows, troubleshoot
- Access management: Regular review of access to various tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Bitwarden, etc.), incl. reviewing agency requests, obtain approvals, brief the client’s technical team on needed changes, and verify the changes are made correctly
- Coordination with client’s technical team
- Coordinate between the internal technical team, client and the agencies for the execution of livestreams on social media platforms (incl. YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, etc.)
- Submit tickets to the internal technical team upon client briefing and ensuring everything is executed properly by them on time.
- Collaborate with the internal technical team on projects involving Sprinklr, social media platforms (e.g. Meta Business Manager), etc.
- Test if things are working as needed and providing feedback (e.g. if internal technical team requires someone to test something in Sprinklr)
- Participate in pilots, e.g. automations in Sprinklr, request information from providers, etc.
- Coordination with social media platforms (e.g. Meta, Alphabet, TikTok): Work with the platform partners and internal & external stakeholders to ensure everything is executed properly & on time following the client brief.
- General social media admin, including
- Regular review of European publications on social media channels to assess if anything needs to be adjusted (e.g. removal of posts where usage rights have expired, correcting publishing mistakes, etc.). Making some adjustments independently and briefing other teams for any adjustments required to be made by them.
- Regular review of social account settings to verify that everything is set correctly
- URL administration via Bl.Ink: Create & edit short URLs social media needs (incl. UTM), pull
- Review existing processes in this area and suggest improvements in alignment with other teams
- General support of client on technical topics. Focus is on Microsoft products, Sprinklr, Bitwarden, Blink & social platforms. Can also include research of new tools or finding other relevant information.
- Client Updates: Weekly status meetings with client & updating task tracker. Meetings with agencies, client and tool providers
