Insight Global are seeking an SVP, Client Service Executive for a large global financial services organisation building out a new client success function within its Corporate Trust Structured Debt business. This position requires 4 days onsite in London, Manchester, or Dublin. This is a senior, client-facing role acting as the key escalation point and strategic advocate for high-value, complex clients including banks, private equity, and private credit funds. Sitting above day-to-day operations, this individual will focus on enhancing client satisfaction, resolving sophisticated issues at root cause, and improving overall service delivery across the organisation.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Risk, and Legal teams to drive solutions, influence change, and ensure a seamless client experience. This role requires exceptional communication skills, sound judgement under pressure, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Must-Have Requirements Include:

  • Strong experience within Corporate Trust, structured debt, or related financial services
  • Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios (e.g. banks, alternative investment funds)
  • In-depth knowledge of structured debt, loans, CLOs, or adjacent products
  • Demonstrated experience handling escalations and resolving complex client issues
  • Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the ability to drive outcomes across multiple teams
  • Strong executive-level communication and storytelling ability
  • Clear client-first mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
