A client of Insight Global is seeking a finance‑first ERP Project Manager to support ERP and financial system initiatives across the UK, Europe, and broader EMEA region. This role is for a 6-month contract (Inside IR35), with long term extensions. Please note, there is a light travel requirement to visit their office in Birmingham or London when needed. This role sits in a highly complex operating environment shaped by regulatory requirements, multi‑country finance processes, and recent acquisitions. Success in this role depends on the ability to lead delivery through financial complexity, guide stakeholders through change without a formal OCM practice, and translate regulatory impacts into clear execution plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of ERP and financial system initiatives across the UK and EMEA.
- Partner closely with finance, IT, and regional stakeholders to manage execution and sequencing.
- Navigate complex regulatory, compliance, and invoicing requirements across multiple countries.
- Drive alignment across ERP workstreams while managing dependencies and risks.
- Guide stakeholders through change and adoption in the absence of a dedicated OCM function.
- Translate financial and regulatory impacts into executable delivery plans.
- Maintain momentum and clarity in fast‑moving, high‑visibility initiatives.

Required Qualifications
