Insight Global are seeking a Director of Human Resources for a leading global fashion and lifestyle organisation. Please note, this position requires 5 days onsite in London.

The Director of Human Resources will lead people operations across key European hubs, acting as the senior HR leader for the EMEA region. You will partner closely with executive leadership to design and implement a people strategy aligned with global business objectives, while ensuring alignment with local labour laws, regulations, and cultural nuances. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across talent management, employee relations, organisational design, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with EMEA business goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organisational effectiveness and talent strategy
  • Lead organisational design initiatives to support scalability and collaboration across regions
  • Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent in competitive European markets

Must-Have Requirements Include:

  • Strong background in human resources within a leadership capacity
  • Experience managing HR functions across multiple countries (e.g. UK, Germany, Italy, Netherlands)
  • Industry experience within fashion, retail, or consumer goods
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • HR certification such as CIPD (Level 7 or Chartered) or SHRM
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
