Senior Project Program Manager in Sheffield

Insight Global are seeking a Senior RTLS Project/Program Manager, specialised in RTLS optimisation, for a large Healthcare Technology Operations client of theirs.

This opportunity will be fully remote, based in the UK on a 9 month initial contract (Inside IR35), with potential to extend.

Day-to-Day Overview:

The Program Manager oversees complex, high-impact programs across departments, ensuring strategic alignment, timely execution, and measurable outcomes. This role leads cross-functional teams, manages budgets, and mitigates risks to deliver business value.

Must-Have Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience with program or project management.
• Previous experience in a program leadership role.
• Senior-level experience with RTLS (Real-Time Location System) technology, including implementation and integration.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
• Ability to speak German and English.

• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Expertise in RTLS optimization for operational workflows, patient flow, and asset management.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations or technology-driven process improvement.
