A Global technology company is looking for several Social Media Analysts to join their Social-First program that will help identify, monitor, escalate, and report on emerging trends identified via social media. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders from the Brand Studio, Product Marketing and Communications teams to quantify conversation about the client's brand and recommend actions/optimisations as required. This person will help scale the program across different products/regions, partnering with other members of the team to create resources (training materials, reports, and dashboards) that drive adoption.
This person will be responsible for the following:
- Manage proactive monitoring systems that finds and actions on social media trends
- Develop/maintain central Social-First operations, enabling the rest of the program
- Scale Social-First resources/deliverables across company, including PA/region level
- Create editorial thought leadership around what issues in the landscape pose risk
- Own a daily newsletter covering social trends and topics of discussion
