This role is a hybrid position based in Osterley, West London. You will be expected to be onsite 3 days per week.
Insight Global are looking for Senior Procurement Manager to join one of their premium clients in the Media and Broadcasting space. It will be your responsibility to establish and drive the strategic direction for all outsourced contact centre providers across the UK and Ireland region. The role will involve cross-functional partnerships across Europe, leveraging the client\’s global scale to drive optimal commercials, supplier partnerships, innovation, and establish deals that meet the long-term business strategy.
Day to Day
- Lead the delivery of large, complex agreements that form part of the UK&I CSG/Contact Centre landscape
- Create your own ideas on how the organisation can best leverage their partners to become more efficient and drive cost reductions
- Manage source to contract process for services in this area
- Lead on negotiations with new and incumbent vendors
- Analyse 3rd party spend of unaddressed areas, identify saving opportunities, and develop sourcing strategies to address
- Support development and implementation of structured stakeholder management and supplier relationship management (e.g., balanced scorecards, review mechanism)
- Develop and manage an ecosystem of strategic suppliers to achieve optimal partnerships to drive and deliver tangible results
- Mitigate risks associated with the current market and trends
- Deliver defined savings targets and cost transformation programs across all spend categories under management
- Build, maintain, and influence stakeholder relationships to ensure clear alignment between procurement and wider business planning
Must Haves
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a Procurement related role
- Experience working end-to-end in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) outsourced offshore service market place, from identification of suppliers to closing deals
- Experience negotiating contracts
- Experience managing vendors
- The ability to interface and influence across categories and companies
- Strong stakeholder management across Procurement and business functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
