Base pay range
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Digital & IT Analyst to work on-site at one of our leading manufacturing clients in Loughborough. As a Digital & IT Senior Analyst you are expected to be an advanced professional in business analytics and business processes, responsible for maintaining and supporting the end users and workstation environment at the facilities. The role provides installation, maintenance, and general support of hardware and software and supports end users with advanced questions or problems by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. The Senior IT analyst will help support a variety of IT processes and manufacturing applications, that are critical to day-to-day business operations.
Must haves:
- Minimum 4 years hands-on IT Systems experience
- Recent experience as an IT project manager with exposure to project management skills, standards, methods, and techniques
- Comfortable dealing with ServiceNow ticketing, documentation and dashboards to analyse and run data assessments to achieve efficiency objectives
- Demonstrated leadership desire or previous leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop and prepare use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or technology-related field of study
Plusses:
- Previous experience working in a Manufacturing environment
- Exposure to business analyse practises and techniques using tools such as Power BI
- Certifications:
- ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, CompTIA A+
