Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an SAP MM Specialist to join one of their largest manufacturing clients for a full time role.
The role sits within the Aerospace Manufacturing SAP Applications team, to provide BAU support and roll out the SAP application across the Aerospace division. The chosen individual will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing the organization's procurement, material, inventory and warehouse management processes through the effective implementation, BAU support and management of SAP solution. This position is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of procurement and inventory functions, thereby enabling accurate supply-chain reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. This role will aim to ensure that SAP systems are aligned with business goals, enabling accurate reporting, effective supply chain process management, and informed decision-making. This role is critical in maintaining operational continuity during the transition period following the departure of the existing team member, and in contributing to the overall success of the procurement and Inventory function within the organization.
This is a permanent opportunity be 4 days onsite, 1 day remote in either Coventry or Hemel Hempstead.
Must haves:
- Experience in SAP handling full end-to-end SAP lifecycle implementations and support within SAP MM.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP queries and integration with external reporting tools.
- Prior experience handling global SAP rollouts within the Manufacturing industry or similar.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP MM, PP, IM, and Procurement.
- Experience in SAP solution design, configuration, and testing.
- Comfortable managing third-party deliverables and SAP change requests.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Plusses:
- Experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) or Master Data Management.
- Understanding of cross-module SAP integration and interfaces.
