JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join one of our real estate clients in MA. This person with be delivering on business development for the company and assisting internal buyers to find properties worth purchasing through networking, cold outreach and prospecting.
Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
• Visit local businesses and potential clients to introduce our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Educate prospects about our offerings and how they can benefit from our solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and outreach efforts using CRM software
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
