We are looking for a Project Manager to join our client's International Technology team. This role involves overseeing the entry of new markets (countries) and supporting existing markets as they expand and develop their technology roadmaps. You will manage a portfolio of markets and collaborate with product managers and solution engineers to create project plans that bring these roadmaps to life. Additionally, you will work closely with regional teams and franchisees within each market to implement the project plans and serve as their primary contact for technology-related issues and needs.
Your responsibilities will include enhancing cross-functional and technology-specific processes to ensure efficiency and establish repeatable procedures for new market entries and ongoing innovation. Finally, you will be accountable for contract management and budget tracking for the markets in your portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a Program or Project Management role (Risk Management, Status reporting, Budget tracking/management)
- Deep technical understanding of POS Systems
- Experience with opening/launching restaurants or retail stores
- Ecommerce domain experience
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholder and executive communication
- Must be open to 20% Travel (all within the UK)
