We are seeking a UK-based position to provide operational support and coordination. Our primary challenge is bridging the gap between our European business team and IT services (Applications, Infrastructure, End User Computing). This role will: Involve providing metrics and data to EU business and relevant IT stakeholders. Ensure seamless integration of our EU business with our support model, including service desk operations and routine processes. Liase with Operations leaders in the U.S. and offshore Service management – help with day to day tickets 5-6 years total exp
