Please note, this is a part-time positon working onsite out of the London office 3 days a week.

The Office Coordinator role offers an exceptional opportunity to become a pivotal figure in shaping the experience of the new London Office. In this position, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining the character and functionality of our office as we continue to grow and evolve as a company. As the go-to person for all things related to the workplace, you’ll be instrumental in supporting a variety of events, organizing exciting happy hours, and enhancing our Food & Beverage Program. You will be responsible for badging, mailing, and signing off legal letters or packages. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about helping others and taking pride in fostering a welcoming and engaging workplace environment. Must Haves

  • Experience in an office position (reception, office management) and customer service experience
  • Experience and knowledge of Zoom, Slack, Gsuite, PowerPoint
  • General knowledge of ticking systems
  • Excel and Google Sheet experience
  • Exceptional customer service, Proactive problem-solving skills, High level of professionalism

Plusses

  • Project management experience to propose projects and research finance/budget
  • Jira experience
