Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join an outpatient vein specialty practice in Plymouth MA.

Schedule: Mon - Friday 8am - 4pm

Overview:

As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a critical role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth, efficient office experience. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, checking patients in and out, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Required Skills & Experience

•2+ years of experience Front Desk, Medical Receptionist or similar role within a healthcare setting

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Experience using an EMR system

• Longevity in previous positions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

EPIC or ATHENA EMR system experience

previous outpatient front desk experience

Compensation:

$23 to $25/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
