We are seeking an experienced Yardi professional to join a growing team supporting a complex and evolving environment. This individual will act as a key escalation point, working across technical and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, support system integrations, and ensure the stability and scalability of the Yardi platform.

Overview of Day-to-Day:

  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex Yardi-related issues, owning resolution end-to-end
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact system issues, including integrations, data discrepancies, and performance challenges
  • Support and manage system integrations, data feeds, and configurations within Yardi
  • Analyse and maintain databases, leveraging SQL to investigate and resolve issues
  • Provide guidance on system configuration, enhancements, and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, support teams, and technical teams to deliver solutions
  • Participate in audits, data validation, and security/permissions analysis as needed

Must Haves:

  • Strong Yardi experience
  • Experience in systems support, solutions architecture, or related

  • Experience working with databases (SQL preferred)
