Insight Global is hiring a Technical Project Manager for a global technology client supporting an identity verification (IDV) platform used by enterprise and financial services organizations. The project is highly customer-facing and involves working through integration challenges, defects, and urgent customer issues (including fraud-related scenarios). The role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, act as a translator between engineering and business teams, and bring structure to complex, cross-functional projects.
