Insight Global are seeking a Global Learning Experience Designer to join a leading global consulting organisation.

This individual will play a key role in designing and architecting engaging, practical, and behaviourally impactful learning experiences that help employees develop core capabilities and apply them effectively in their day-to-day work.

In this role, you will

  • Assess learner needs and business objectives to identify capability gaps and design effective learning solutions.
  • Translate broad or evolving requirements into clear learning strategies and actionable plans.
  • Design engaging learning experiences that simplify complex concepts through storytelling, practical application, and learner-centred methodologies.
  • Develop learning interventions that support performance improvement, feedback integration, and professional development planning.
  • Create a variety of learning solutions including e Learning, instructor-led training, virtual workshops, microlearning, and performance support resources.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to support content creation while maintaining high standards of instructional design, quality assurance, and learner engagement.
  • Develop prototypes and learning concepts, incorporating stakeholder feedback to optimise effectiveness.
  • Analyse existing content and materials to build high-quality learning programmes, collaborating with subject matter experts where required.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure learning solutions align with organisational goals and learner needs.
  • Manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery against timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.

Must-Have Requirements Include

  • Strong experience designing engaging, behaviourally driven learning experiences that translate complex topics into practical application.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning theory and learning experience design principles.
  • Hands-on experience utilising Generative AI tools within a learning or instructional design environment, including evaluating and refining AI-generated content.
  • Exceptional storytelling and critical thinking skills, with the ability to transform content into compelling learning narratives.
  • Experience influencing and managing stakeholders while advocating for high-quality learning solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept through implementation.
  • Experience with digital learning tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, and other learning content development platforms.
  • Experience developing SCORM-compliant learning content and working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams and navigate diverse stakeholder groups.
