The Consultant is a subject matter expert in the functional area of Trade Compliance, focusing on international trade flows and import/export documentation and brokerage activities. This role requires strong leadership skills and a process-oriented mindset to manage complex operations within the EMEA region effectively.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expert guidance within trade compliance, focusing on international trade flows, import/export documentation, and brokerage activities.
- Complex Operations Management: Manage and lead complex operational projects across EMEA in a matrix organization, demonstrating high independent judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Process Excellence: Champion process orientation and drive excellence, effectively managing complexity and changes in operational processes.
