Base pay range
Insight Global is looking for a Global L&D Partnerships Manager to join one of their premium clients in the management consulting space . This is a contract (PAYE) role running until the end of 2025 , with long-term extensions and fully remote in the UK .
This individual will support the execution and delivery of key initiatives and transformations such as Coupa transformation programmes. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, streamlining communication and tools, and enhancing the value of internal and external assessments. You will assist with project management, vendor contract management, and developing processes to optimize vendor performance and L&D capabilities. The role involves liaising with key internal global stakeholders, including procurement, to implement best practices for vendor evaluations, negotiations, and benchmarking. You will focus on documentation, creating reports, and analyzing key data to provide insights into the impact of initiatives. Running status update meetings for these initiatives is also part of the role.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Learning and Development (or similar areas), supporting transformation projects
- Vendor management experience
- Contract review experience
- Hands-on experience with Coupa for onboarding suppliers and contract management
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reviewing Tableau
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field
