Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to join a leading financial services client for a hybrid contract opportunity located in Burgess Hill. The successful candidate will be joining the team responsible for an enterprise storage system, which manages 30 billion records and serves 30,000 internal colleagues. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance, data quality, and effective record management across the organization.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for taking high-volume document storage requests, gathering requirements, and collaborating with teams to develop record management plans. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure proper storage of records, with a strong focus on compliance.
This is an Inside IR35 contract and is onsite 3x a week, 2x remote.
Must-haves:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory or compliance-driven environment.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Knowledge of data retention practices, especially around sensitive customer data.
- Strong stakeholder communication and management skills.
Plusses:
- Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
