Insight Global is seeking a skilled and motivated Human Factors Engineer to join our team in London, supporting the development of innovative products and accessories associated with the Hugoâ„¢ robotic-assisted surgery platform. In this role, you will work across multiple concurrent projects, contributing to Human Factors Engineering (HFE) documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and usability standards. You will play a key role in new product development, with a strong focus on formative studies, risk management, and user-centered design. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human factors or usability engineering, hands-on experience with medical devices, and a proven ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments.
