This individual will act as a key escalation point, working across technical and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, support system integrations, and ensure the stability and scalability of the Yardi platform.
Overview of Day-to-Day:
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex Yardi-related issues, owning resolution end-to-end
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact system issues, including integrations, data discrepancies, and performance challenges
- Support and manage system integrations, data feeds, and configurations within Yardi
- Analyse and maintain databases, leveraging SQL to investigate and resolve issues
- Provide guidance on system configuration, enhancements, and technical feasibility
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, support teams, and technical teams to deliver solutions
- Participate in audits, data validation, and security/permissions analysis as needed
Must Haves:
- Strong Yardi experience
