Insight Global is hiring for a Full-Stack Developer for one of our leading clients in the Technology space, focusing on optimising performance and scaling a security controller platform that supports millions of devices. You’ll work primarily on the backend, contributing to feature development, bug fixes, and system improvements within a complex, multi-layered web application deployed via AWS. While some frontend tasks may arise (e.g., UI licensing logic or accessibility tweaks), the core focus is on backend development.
Must haves
- Strong experience in full-stack development with a strong backend focus
- Proven experience with Python and Django in large-scale applications
- Solid understanding of SQL databases (query interpretation and debugging)
- Experience scaling backend systems (e.g., handling 8M+ records)
- Familiarity with React and TypeScript (minimal frontend work required)
