Solicitor in England

One of our Legal Clients is looking for a Senior Solicitor / Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) to join there team!

This will be a permanent position based in the UK.

• Training & Compliance Culture

Targeting the following skillsets:

• You must be a Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Experience within consumer‑claims, financial mis‑selling, or similar high‑volume legal sectors.
• Prior compliance, regulatory, or COLP experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience essential.
• Strong business judgment and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership ability.
