Insight Global is looking for a motivated, goal oriented individual who thrives in fast paced, collaborative environments and excels at multi channel prospecting. You will play a key role in expanding the customer base by identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects through strategic outreach, and laying the groundwork for strong client relationships.

The applicant should apply if they have the following:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation strategies.
  • Conducting in depth research to identify decision makers and personalize outreach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for compelling and effective messaging.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC for qualifying sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and ability to deliver compelling introductions in dynamic conversations.
  • High motivation, creative problem solving, and proactive engagement.
  • Persistence and resilience when facing challenges.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
  • Proficiency with G Suite, Salesforce, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Comfort with cold calling, objection handling, and navigating challenging conversations.
